I am a {queer} nurse, lactation consultant, doula + educator based in long beach, ca.

I currently serve the long beach & los angeles areas for in-home lactation support & accept most major PPO insurance.

I began working in the world of perinatal health 11 years ago. Over the last decade, I have worked as a nurse (RN), lactation consultant (IBCLC), perinatal educator, fertility coach and full spectrum doula in private, hospital & community-based settings.

I have always held a special connection with babies, but my passion for supporting their parents has been what has fueled me throughout. My work is centered in a reproductive justice framework, with the goal of improving health equity.

I support all people, through all stages of reproduction, and my focus is on ensuring support is available for those commonly overlooked & mistreated in the healthcare space. I believe that quality, individualized healthcare is a human right.

At the end of the day, I want people to feel listened to, supported in their choices & know that their experience matters. Far too often, people feel totally out of control in a system that doesn’t prioritize health & isn’t set up to empower them. I aim to meet people where they are. I offer insight based on my experience + expertise, and connect my clients with the information & resources they need to have autonomy over their experience.
