Oftentimes, we think that we can simply show up to the hospital & have a baby.

We do extensive research about strollers, carseats & the newest baby tech gadgets & devices but don’t invest as much thought in the birth process or what we’ll do once baby is here.

In another lifetime, perhaps having & caring for a baby would be more intuitive. We’d have elders teach us everything we don’t know & community to care for us during & after birth. Unfortunately, that’s not the way life is set up for most people anymore.

In all my years supporting families through this time, I have never heard someone regret the investment they made in preparing & educating themselves for their baby’s arrival. I have, however, seen & heard the regret over not preparing enough.

Whether you want a completely unmedicated, low intervention birth or plan to utilize medical pain management options; whether it’s your first baby or you simply want to be more prepared than you were last time - this course is for you.
